What if I stop losing


What do you recommend when I have used your products correctly and still have not lost weight?

1. Make sure products are being taken correctly. For example, for most individuals, the AdvoCare® Metabolic Nutrition System supplement color packets should be taken 30 minutes prior to breakfast and lunch. 

2. Drink enough water - at least 1 ounce for every 30 calories consumed each day. 

3. Do not skip meals. Waiting too long before eating can cause the body to slow down metabolism in order to conserve calories. Instead, eat more frequent, small meals and snacks. 

4. Ensure the intake of protein at breakfast is at least 20-25 grams (preferably low fat). AdvoCare Trim Meal Replacement Shakes provide 24 grams protein with only 2 grams fat. 

5. AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shakes should be mixed with water instead of milk when your goal is weight management. Mixing with milk increases the number of calories. Also, the protein molecules in milk digest more slowly than the easy-to-digest protein in the shakes. 

6. Avoid eating the evening meal too late in the day. Eat only fruit within 2-3 hours of bedtime.

9. Eat lean meats and consume moderate quantities of olive oil, avocado and nuts.

15. Muscle weighs more than fat. Losing inches and/or fat is more important than losing pounds.
